Morpheus - A Comprehensive File Sharing AppMorpheus works pretty much the same way as the old Napster Kazaa and some other more famous counterparts.
More users are turning off their file sharing options to prevent themselves from being identified, and therefore being targets of a subpoena. And the users who don’t already have their file sharing apps turned off, are being encouraged to do it as soon as they finish downloading their songs. They recently came out on the winning side of a lawsuit for copyright infringement so I think they are in a pretty good place right now. Of course, this doesn't mean that you are not liable if you download copyrighted content using their service.
